At Straventa Projects, we are committed to delivering reliable and professional remote project management services. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle payments, cancellations, and service hours to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
1. Service Hours

Services are capped at the listed number of hours per calendar month as specified in the service agreement or plan.

Unused hours do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Hours are tracked and logged transparently, and clients may request a summary of hours worked at any time.
2. No Refunds for Time-Based Services Rendered
Due to the nature of consulting and management services, any time already spent on analysis, strategy, meetings, documentation, or execution is non-refundable.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Services
For prepaid monthly services or hourly blocks:

Refunds may only be issued for unused hours, minus a 10–15% administrative fee (if applicable).

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.

No refunds will be issued for partially completed months unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
4. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you cancel a recurring or one-time service engagement:

Any hours already used are non-refundable.

A prorated refund may be issued for unused time (subject to Section 3).
5. Project-Based Work and Milestones
For fixed-price or milestone-based engagements:

Each milestone is considered billable once completed and/or approved.

If the project is canceled early, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and costs incurred.
6. Quality Concerns or Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided:

Contact us within 7 days of the last deliverable.

We will review concerns and, where appropriate, offer service adjustments or a partial refund.

Refunds for dissatisfaction are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns in a professional and transparent manner.
8. Policy Changes
Straventa Projects reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
